USCIS Reaches H-1B Regular Petition Cap in 5-Days

USCIS is now calculating the number of H-1B Master’s cap petitions received that meet the requirements for consideration for the additional 20,000 H-1B visas allocated for those who earned a Master’s degree or higher from an accredited United States college or university.
